Christine Mohr was born in Karlsruhe, Germany.

She studied Design at Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee, where she got her diplom in 2003 and became master student of Prof. J. Gotenbach until 2004.

In 2013 her first picture book ‘Jacques, der Schakal’ was released by the Austrian publishing house Nilpferd.

Alongside her work as a freelance illustrator she is teaching art classes and leading workshops for both children and adults since 2008.

She lives and works in Berlin.
